Eagle Eye Home Inspections is operated by a AHIT (American Home Inspector Training) Certified Inspector. Further certification include being certified as a level one thermographer. Eagle Eye Home Inspections was established in 2004 and is based out of Dalton, GA and give prompt, reliable, and fast service. The Client receives a computer generated report in CD format after the inspection and upon special request may also request a fully printed book. When deficiencies are found that need photographed they are added to the report. Further diagrams are also incorporated when felt needed for explanation.
Al started his building trade experience in the mid 70's. He obtained his Plumbing Contractors license in 1983 doing repairs, remodeling, and new construction. He has additional experience working in the carpentry and electrical trades. Al attended a Nationally Recognized class to become a certified AHIT Home Inspector. AHIT is recognized as one of the most complete and through training schools in the Nation. In early 2008 Infrared training and certification was obtained by training with a T-400 FLIR camera which gave Al' insight in Thermal properties and characteristics related to the home inspection field.
Al is currently a member of the Better Business Bureau and North Georgia Code Officials Association.
